Oluwapelumi Akorede Soyemi bagged his Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) at the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka. And he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2022.

O. A Soyemi regards law as a tool for order and believes that everything about a Legal Practitioner should scream “order and excellence”.

He fell in love with litigation when, during his externship at D.A Awosika SAN & Partners LLP, where he experienced firsthand how professionals (lawyers and paralegals) approached their duties and responsibilities with unmatched orderliness, excellence, dexterity and dedication daily.

These principles have been his guide since he began his legal career as an NYSC Associate at the firm.

So far, he has served individual and corporate clients at both trial and appellate courts.

His practice revolves around debt recovery, environmental protection/oil and gas, personal injury, commercial law, property law amongst others.

O. A Soyemi is enthusiastic about Business Law, especially the future of the emerging Nigerian Digital Economy and Technology (Blockchain) and Property Law.

The satisfaction and thrill that comes with helping clients solve their legal puzzles is what drives O.A Soyemi.

When he is not solving legal disputes for clients, he is volunteering for environmental protection courses.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Unity Branch, Abuja and the Institute of ADR Registrars.
