Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division). She was the Vice President Liberation Chamber, Faculty of Law, Obafemi Awolowo University wherein she organized the maiden edition of the Intra Chamber Moot Competition, the 20th Anniversary of liberation chambers graced by the Executive Governor of Osun State, His Excellency Rauf Aregbesola and her patron Honourable Justice Bolarinwa Oyegoke Babalakin (June 29th/30th 2011). The Anniversary witnessed the participation of different universities represented by the six geo-political zones of the country and other distinguished members of the legal profession. Nnamdi Azikiwe University emerged winner. She also organized internship programmes for members in cities of South Western Nigeria (Lagos, Ibadan, Ekiti, Osogbo, Akure, Ondo) amongst others.
In 2011, Jennifer joined the Rocheba Law Group and some of the Transactions worked on include; Rendered legal and consultancy services to various categories of clientele ranging from corporate organizations, governments and government agencies, individuals, groups and communities, and local and international business concerns. Involved in the compilation and Publication of Law Reports of decisions of our superior courts of record on labour cases and Organise lectures, workshops, seminars and trainings particularly in the field of Labour and Industrial law practice. She interned at Deji Sasegbon briefly and in 2013, commenced her National Youth Service Corps and obtained a Certificate of National Service.
Jennifer joined D.A Awosika (SAN) & Partners in December 2013 after her call to the Nigerian Bar. She attended the Nigerian Law School, Bayelsa, and is a driven Legal Practitioner who has demonstrated a keen ability to adapt her skillset to a variety of practice areas across several jurisdictions. She has a deep passion for courtroom advocacy and enjoys being involved in complex legal issues. Jennifer has represented several multinational and local companies and individuals in complex, high-value arbitration and litigation proceedings in local and regional courts, arising from matters including oil and gas, maritime, employment shareholder dispute, debt recovery and human rights. She also has a wide range of experience across the firm’s dispute resolution and corporate practice areas. She obtained a Master Degree from the University of Lagos and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
