The firm handles the arrest and release of ships and cargo as well as ship mortgages and
charter party disputes. We have also been involved in admiralty proceedings concerning claims as to ownership, arrest of vessels, fee payment to the Nigerian Maritime Authority, damage to and short landing or loss of Cargo. We act for some local shipping companies and agents.
