Toluwalase P. Dele-Peters Esq. was born in Yaba, Lagos in the late 90’s and graduated from the prestigious university of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti in the year 2019 where he was active in the Moot and Mock activities of the Law Students Society under “Jus Civile”. He subsequently went to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos campus and was became a Barrister and Soliotor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in the year 2021.

Prior to working at the law firm of D.A. Awosika SAN & Partners, T.P. Dele-Peters interned at the law firm of Tayo Oyetibo SAN & Co and also worked as the Judicial Research Assistant to Justices of the Court of Appeal, Ibadan Division where he researched and aided in the resolution of Judgments and appeals.

During his time at the firm of D.A. Awosika SAN & Partners, T.P. Dele-Peters has handled a wide range of matters; ranging from Oil & Gas Law, Criminal Law, Maritime Law, Land Law, Intellectual Property & Copyright Law, Administration of Estates Law, Corporate Governance, Banking Law as well as Contracts.

He is solution-oriented and equally has high negotiation skills. He is certified in Financial Technology Law as well as Product Management. His goal is simply to be the best in his field and that strives him to attempt to be involved actively in the positive development of the organization. He also has very high relationship management skills and communication skills.

He is currently an Associate at the law firm of D.A. Awosika SAN & Partners.
